Last weekend we visited Long Island, NY for the opening of my solo exhibition “Pins & Petals” with Haven Gallery.
Summer has graced us with a beautiful sunny day and many creatures came to see the body of my last year’s work, which fills my heart with sincere gratitude. If you haven’t got a chance to be present at the opening – the exhibition is going to be on view until August, 25th.
An airplane nightbook log done on my way back home:
“Bark! A little bit louder than the floor’s creak. Write down a short concentrate of conclusions and preserve it under a cast iron lid. The trees scratch the ceiling of the light-polluted sky. Petals are just debris of the dreams gone by…” (-july, 2019)
This drawing “Gorgon in C Minor” is going to Abend Gallery, Denver, CO to be a part of the “Animalia” exhibition.
“The Sweetest Nightmare Yet” will be also exhibited there later this month.
The most heartfelt thanks to Jeremy Mann, whose creativity and artistic spirit is always the biggest inspiration.
See you on either side of the world. Let your inner creatures be kind!
